Shipping Policy

We take extra effort and use extra packaging to ensure that your shipments arrive safely. There is a per item charge for standard and common carrier delivery within the United States. All items are quoted on a location basis. This is to ensure the lowest rate for every customer. 2nd day and overnight deliveries may be available, depending on stock status.

Customers will receive tracking information of shipped orders directly by email the day after shipment. You can visit the FedEx website or the UPS website with the tracking number we supply.

Do not sign for anything until you have inspected all products.

Make sure to note on the bill of lading if any of the boxes are damaged or missing when they arrive.

AAA Belgrade Storage cannot accept responsibility for any damages that are reported more than 48 hours after receipt of material.
